Each room has a seasonal rental contract, regulated by the Spanish Civil Code and adapted to Law 12/2023 on Housing.
Includes clear inventory, security deposit, duration, rules, and extensions.
In addition, each property has an assigned manager who ensures that all tenants comply with the rules and enjoy a healthy environment.

The process is completely digital and transparent: you will receive your electronically signed copy with all the details (address, room, duration, price, and conditions).
This contract guarantees you legal certainty, clear terms, and defined rights as a tenant.
There is no fine print or middlemen: you rent directly from Revo Rent.
When you sign your contract, you will be asked to pay a deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
This deposit will be returned in full at the end of the contract provided that the room is returned in the same condition as it was received.
It is deducted only if there is damage or non-payment, in accordance with Article 1561 of the Civil Code and the terms of the contract.
Complete transparency: you will receive a signed inventory upon arrival and photographic verification upon departure.

The contract includes an appendix of rules governing cleanliness, use of common areas, noise, visitors, and respect for schedules.
Repeated failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the contract (Art. 27.2 LAU and CC).

Contracts are seasonal (minimum 6 months) and can be automatically renewed if both parties agree.
You only need to give 30 days' notice if you decide to leave, so that we can process your deposit refund correctly and facilitate the reallocation of your room.
